NINA NARANJO

Nina Naranjo is a transdisciplinary artist who has been immersed in Bogotá’s underground electronic music scene for over seven years, developing a unique and diverse sound. She is known for blending a wide range of genres, including house, guaracha, techno, minimal, and Latin rhythms, in her sets. Her residencies at Video Club and BULTO in Bogotá have allowed her to experiment with different genres and create energetic, playful sonic landscapes. She has performed at some of Colombia’s most iconic festivals, including Estéreo Picnic, Baum Festival, and Escándalo. In Bogotá, she performed for several years at Espacio KB and ODEM. Internationally, she has performed at TRAUM Club, Kiosk Radio, Gimic Radio and Coming Soon in Belgium; Al Aire Libre FM in Mexico City, Mexico; and WHOLE Festival in Gräfenhainichen, Germany. Her interest in sound as a material resource in the audiovisual arts has led her to deeply experiment with the role of the DJ. She injects her mischievous energy into every set, resonating across South America at parties like Discofetish in Mexico City and Discofobia in Lima, Peru, as well as at venues such as BRUTAL and Fünk Club in Mexico City. She draws inspiration from nightclubs, party culture, early 2000s "minitecas," and the fun and excitement that characterize Colombia, her country of birth. She is currently based in Madrid, Spain.
